Join George, a certified and experienced TRX Trainer. This session will challenge the most seasoned athlete but is also suited to beginners looking to improve stamina, strength and performance. TRX is an ever-changing high intensity workout.

Legs & Glutes

Are you looking to sculpt, define and tone your legs? If so, this is the class for you. This 'Legs & Glutes' workout class will build your glutes, boost the metabolism and increase your strength and endurance.
