"Big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be quality." This is how we describe small group training.
Thursday 7am TRX Small Group – 30 mins
Incorporating the TRX into this 30 minute training session with your own body weight in a full range of motion will create overall strength and increase muscle endurance. You will find our approach to using the straps a sustainable and progressive way to keep your body strong and functional. You will increase your heart rate by incorporating bursts of cardio while you work on the TRX. George mixes up the TRX workout every week.
Friday 12pm HIIT Small Group – 30 mins
These sessions focus on full body strength training using a variety of equipment and exercises. By using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls and body weight, you will have a training session that helps build strength while improving balance, posture, flexibility and core strength. There will be brief bursts of cardio to get your heart rate up.
