HIIT circuit is a mix of plyometrics, full body weighted & body weight only exercises while following along specific timed intervals. Designed to get your heart rate up and body sweaty.

HIIT Calorie Killer

The idea is to work in the upper percentage of your target heart rate zone, meaning you go all out, as hard as you can during the work intervals. This takes you into your anaerobic zone, a place where there isn't enough oxygen for your body.

HIIT & ABS

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. A segment of this session includes exercises that target the abdominal muscles which is part of active recovery after the workout.

Burn It

Burn It class is good for increasing overall fitness and endurance, improving muscular strength, and burning calories to help aid fat loss. Burn It classes are full body workouts performed at a high intensity, using your body weight as resistance.

Ultimate Tabata

Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don't do.

Full Body Tabata

A class based on intervals of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds of rest. Focus will be on a mixture of strength & cardio. Not only does that make you super fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts. Come join the fun!

Pump It Up

PUMP IT UP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training of very intense exercise alternated with recovery. Put them both together and you have one fantastic workout! In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility using body weight to churn out rep after rep of muscle-burning moves.

Bands, Balls & Banter

This one is for all levels. Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises using bands, weighted/stability balls and body weight exercises.

Kettlebell Explosion

The Kettlebell class is just that, a workout run with Kettlebells and body weight exercises in a small class setting. Fast, dynamic kettlebell movements are meant to build explosive power, increase joint mobility, and keep an elevated heart rate.

Kettlebell Killer

Kettlebell class is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as "the swing," "the clean" and "the press" that will work multiple muscle groups. You will develop strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning through this ultimate "momentum-based" workout.

All Legs

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, this class is suitable for everyone. The class is designed to target, tone and strengthen all muscles in your lower body including your glutes. This class will improve muscle tone and increase stability and balance. We will use a combination of body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells or a bar with weights.

Booty Band Blaster

A burning lower body glute/leg focused workout where all exercises are done with a band. You will leave "feeling the burn".
