I have always believed in challenging myself, and I love George's approach to fitness. His HIIT classes are a full body workout. A mix of cardio, strength, and core; which takes you to your limits, pushes you further, and is extremely satisfying. You are encouraged to use 100% of your heart and body's ability.
I am also super impressed with the solid knowledge of the human body and exercises that George has. Besides knowledge, he is also always in good mood, smiling and very approachable to answer any questions.
Get ready because HIIT, Burn it and Tabata hurt! ....in a good way, though!
