Court House collects personal member data directly from our members. Data is generally limited to name, home and business contact information, date of birth, billing, medical and employment information, all of which is necessary to provide club membership and communicate promotions that may be of interest to you.
How is this information used or disclosed by the Court House?
In order to protect you, we will not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than those that we identify to you and with your permission. All records are kept in a secure area with strict access control and are shredded when they are no longer required. Your personal information is only used to complete the tasks which you have agreed to, such as collection of membership fees. In the case of an emergency, when necessary, we will provide appropriate personal information to medical professionals.
