I began practicing yoga 9 years ago in Bermuda and became a certified yoga instructor in Mexico 2021. I am very passionate about holding a space for guest to discover and nurture their gifts on and off the mat. My classes are rare, creative, heartfelt, gently challenging and deeply nourishing.

I specialize in Vinyassa and Restorative yoga and love to share pieces of wisdom and education that speak directly to each individual. My goal is to ensure that each guest leaves their yoga practice with exactly what they need.
