My name is Vonika Washington, born and raised in Bermuda. I am a former Firefighter/EMT and have competed locally in Bodybuilding & Women’s Physique competitions. I have recently obtained my Health Coaching Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and I am currently working on my Holistic Nutrition Certification. I became a member of Court House in 2018 and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my health and fitness journey.

After participating in Group Cycle Connect classes for over 2 years at Court House, I was encouraged by staff to become certified to teach. In February of this year, I became a certified Mad Dogg Spin Instructor, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach at what I think is the best cycling studio on the island.
